NO DRAMA. PERIOD!!!

The IMC Bylaws and Operating Procedures are not to be neglected or violated by any member of IMC, AT ANY TIME.

MISSION AND PURPOSE OF IMC

The purpose of the IMC is to create positive, fun, and wholesome recreational riding and activities for our members.

The IMC may participate in fundraisers and other events. Our goal is to promote a positive image of motorcycle enthusiasts and represent our organization in the best light.

IMC is an independent Motorcycle Club. We support other clubs in SL and RL. We are NOT a 1% club — we are a NEUTRAL MC.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

• • No discrimination based on race, sex, religion, or disability.
  • RL person must be of legal age.
  • SL age must be 1 year minimum.

ALL MEMBERS – RULES & REGULATIONS

• • No disrespect toward Officers or members.
  • Conflict? Speak to President, VP, or Chaplain.
  • No drama on sim.
  • Uncontrolled outbursts = possible suspension or ban.
  • Do NOT unfriend Officers — talk to leadership.
  • No dual MC membership (you or your alts).
  • Club matters are confidential.
  • Prospects are not privy to club business.
  • Vests/tags required at all events and public appearances.
  • Must attend at least 1 CHURCH per 30 days (Officers: 2).
  • RL comes first — just communicate.
  • Be respectful to members’ families and friends.
  • Treat all sim visitors respectfully.
  • Only members and guests in the MC compound (between the gates).
  • No trash-talking the club or members.
  • Must be able to ride a motorcycle in SL.
  • Votes = majority of those present or submitted to President/VP.
    • Proxy votes must be pre-approved.
  • Drama = immediate removal.
  • IMC is not a dating agency.
    • 2-week break required after any IMC relationship ends.
  • Absences? Notify an Officer.
    • DJs/Hosts: share your schedule in advance.
    • Use calendar in the clubhouse.
  • Ride full events when possible.
    • Not showing up = grounds for dismissal.
  • Extended absences must be communicated.
  • PROHIBITED:
    a. Racism
    b. Unwanted sexual advances
    c. Griefing
    d. Bikes parked in the MC gate area (Officers only)
    e. Rez rights are temporary — CLEAN UP!

KNOW AND ADHERE TO ALL IMC BYLAWS.

OFFICERS AND DUTIES

OFFICERS MUST:

• • Be members in good standing.
  • Be appointed/elected by President.
  • Uphold club values.
  • Ride a motorcycle.
  • Attend events when possible.

PRESIDENT

• • Leads meetings.
  • Final vote in a tie.
  • Handles executive decisions and club direction.

VICE PRESIDENT

• • Assists/substitutes for President.
  • Manages assigned duties.

SERGEANT AT ARMS

• • Enforces bylaws and security.
  • Oversees Enforcers.

SECRETARY

• • Maintains records.
  • Tracks member/prospect status.
  • Documents prospect progress.

TREASURER

• • Manages finances.
  • Requires 2 officer approvals for spending.
  • Handles land/sim matters.

ROAD CAPTAIN

• • Leads/plans all rides.
  • Posts ride info in advance.
  • Ranks above others during rides unless higher rank is present.

CHAPLAIN

• • Provides support.
  • Handles issues privately, by appointment.

ENFORCERS

• • Assist with club security.
  • Report to Sgt at Arms.
  • Senior Enforcer = Officer.

PROSPECT OFFICER

• • Onboards and mentors new Prospects.
  • Tracks activity.
  • Reports to President or VP.

MENTORS

• • All full members are mentors.

PROSPECTS

• • 30-day minimum.
  • Must friend all members.
  • Participate in at least 1 event/week.
  • Complete ride-out forms.
  • Use voice at least once; must be able to hear voice.
  • Follow bylaws + read Prospect Package.
  • No voting or CHURCH until patched.
  • Members vote near end of prospect period.

HANG AROUNDS

• • 4-week minimum.
  • Socialize with members.
  • May be invited to Prospect by Officer vote or Presidential exception.

PATCH-OVERS

Permitted if:

• • • • Officer approval is secured.
      • 30 days since last MC or prior MC blessing.

GENERAL RIGHTS

Patched members may:

• • • • Attend all meetings (except Officer meetings).
      • Vote on issues.
      • Run for office.
      • Help recruit and mentor.

VOTING

• • Officers are elected/removed by Officer vote.
  • Enforcers report to Sgt at Arms.
  • Road Captains report to VP.
  • Prospect Officers report to President/VP.
  • Any member may call a vote during CHURCH.
