The Hall of Lore is the scholarly and civic branch of the Ember Court responsible for education, public knowledge, and intellectual advancement throughout Ironspire and the wider realm. Where the Hall of Echoes preserves the spiritual truths and emotional histories of the past, the Hall of Lore upholds the facts, data, records, and education systems that build a just and enlightened society.
Its scholars, teachers, historians, and scribes are devoted to elevating the populace through learning—be it literacy, numeracy, trade skills, history, rhetoric, or civic responsibility. They believe that ignorance is a greater enemy than any blade, and that education is the truest defense against tyranny.
